Kevin J. Napper and Carlton Fields


Since joining the firm in 1995, Kevin Napper has handled complex civil trial law, governmental and internal investigations, and medical malpractice matters. He primarily focuses on white collar criminal defense, qui tam/whistleblower defense, and defending executives and public companies in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations. His notable cases include United States of America v. Evaschuk and Voronsoff v. Respectable Street, Inc. 

Mr. Napper, who heads his practice group, describes Carlton Fields as a “special place” and a “good fit” where he has had the opportunity to work with “some really good people.” He has been on the board of the firm and served as its hiring partner.
